Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must submit an eligible breastfeeding story during the Giveaway Period and have or create a Momcozy account.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited by law. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person and per Momcozy account.

How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, submit your breastfeeding story through the Momcozy Breastfeeding Awareness Month campaign page and create or log in to your Momcozy account. Registration is required to complete a valid Giveaway entry. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Momcozy on or around August 10, 2026.

Selected winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Momcozy account. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is found to be ineligible, Momcozy reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Momcozy reserves the right to require selected entrants to complete any verification, documentation, or other eligibility requirements that may be required under applicable law before a prize is awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Shipping & Taxes
Momcozy will cover standard shipping costs and applicable sales taxes associated with prize delivery. Winners remain solely responsible for any personal income taxes or other tax obligations arising from acceptance or use of a prize, where applicable.

Publicity & Content Authorization

By participating, entrants agree that Momcozy may use their submitted story, together with their username or display name, in accordance with the applicable Content Authorization and Privacy Policy.

Entrants retain ownership of their original submissions.

General Conditions

Momcozy reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and to disqualify any entry that:

• violates these Official Rules;
• contains unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content;
• infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; or
• is suspected of fraud, abuse, or other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

Momcozy also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper administration of the Giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the operation of the Giveaway or undermine its legitimate operation may result in disqualification and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering, you agree to these Rules and Momcozy's decisions, which are final and binding. Momcozy reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Share Your Breastfeeding Story – User Content Authorization

This User Content Authorization explains how Momcozy may use and process the story and related content that you voluntarily provide through the “Share Your Breastfeeding Story” feature.

1. Content Covered

This Authorization applies to the story and any related content you provide to Momcozy through the “Share Your Breastfeeding Story” feature, including text, photographs, videos, images, captions, comments, testimonials, and other materials, including any personal information or information relating to your child that may be included in such Content (“Content”).

2. How Momcozy May Use the Content

By providing Content, you authorize Momcozy to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, translate, distribute, and share the Content for community engagement, marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, commercial, and other brand-related purposes.

The Content may appear on Momcozy’s website, mobile applications, social media channels, advertising platforms, email communications, and other online or offline promotional materials.

3. Editing and Adaptation

Momcozy may make reasonable edits or adaptations to the Content for formatting, translation, accessibility, technical compatibility, or platform requirements, provided that such edits do not materially alter the overall meaning or context of the Content.

4. Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the Content you provide. By submitting the Content, you grant Momcozy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, including the right to reproduce, publish, display, edit, adapt, translate, distribute, and sublicense the Content, solely for the purposes described in this Authorization.

5. User Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this Authorization;
• the Content is original, or you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to provide the Content and authorize Momcozy’s use of the Content;
• the Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• if any minor child appears in the Content, you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and have the authority to provide consent on behalf of the child, including authorization for Momcozy to use the child’s image, likeness, name (if provided), and other related Content for the purposes described in this Authorization;
• any other individuals appearing in the Content have provided all necessary permissions and consents; and
• the Content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Compensation

Unless otherwise expressly agreed by Momcozy, providing Content does not entitle you to any compensation, payment, or other consideration.

7. Withdrawal of Authorization

You may withdraw your authorization for future use of your Content at any time by contacting support@themomcozypromo.com.

Withdrawal will not affect uses that were already authorized and completed before the withdrawal request, including Content that has already been published, distributed, or incorporated into existing promotional materials.

8. Attribution

If provided by you and where applicable, Momcozy may display your first name, username, social media handle, or other attribution information submitted together with the Content.

9. Privacy

Any personal information processed in connection with your participation in the “Share Your Breastfeeding Story” feature or the Content you provide will be handled in accordance with Momcozy’s Privacy Policy.

To operate the user-generated content (UGC) program and manage related activities, including content review, selection, authorization management, participant communication, and marketing or promotional activities, Momcozy may collect and process certain personal information, including your contact information, social media account information, the Content you provide (such as text, images, videos, audio, comments, or other materials), and related engagement metrics.

The Content you provide may include information relating to your breastfeeding experience, pregnancy or postpartum experience, or information relating to your child. Please do not provide information that you do not wish Momcozy to use in accordance with this Authorization.

Where required by applicable law, Momcozy processes your personal information based on your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@themomcozypromo.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before your withdrawal request, but may affect your participation in the program or Momcozy’s continued use of related Content where applicable.

Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries or regions outside your place of residence. Momcozy implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
